Hi I'm trying to find out what relation I am to Anne Boleyn as her 4th great grandfather is my 20th great grandfather I know that makes us cousins but how many times removed, does anyone out there know? Thanks very much.

The number of times removed is obtained from the differences in generations. Thus in this case she is sixteen times removed from you.

Incidentally, unless there is a lot of intermarriage on your tree, you have another four million 20th great grandfathers.
