Death records stop at 2006..............

Why do you assume she has died?

Wouldn't you have been notified?

Try looking at...............

Looking at the ER on Genes - to help identify her, what was her husband's name? Or have you already checked those yourself?

Electoral Rolls ;-)

Does "Prince Michael of Kent Court" mean anything to you?

A Reginald Russell is listed there 2004-2006 and a Barbara Russell 2002-2007.
Someone else is there 2008-2009.

If the address has no meaning, PM the last known address you do have

If you able to arrange a visit to any of the following you can examine the indexes in person, including those after 2006.

Library of Birmingham
Bridgend Reference and Information Library
City of Westminster Archives Centre
Newcastle City Library
Plymouth Central Library
The British Library

As the Prince Michael of Kent Court has a Resident Scheme Manager, contact them and see if they are willing to give you any information
