Canada to digitize WW1 CEF service records

Starting in March with A-D, up to 25% of collection will be unavailable for up to 4 m.
So if you want the service record of say, Henry Adams, you won't be able to order (and pay for) a copy, but you'll have to wait until it's digitized and free online - batches will be placed online as they're ready. The project is expected to finish in 2015. The current cost is C$0.40 per page (with a discount for OAPs), and the average file has 49 pages, so the average saving will be abt C$20 per file.
