Thank you so much for your help on this everybody. This seems to be a well-established family in Dromore. I have good reason to believe that John Stewart moved to Ireland from Scotland, in which case this is unlikely to be a match. Well at least with your help I've 'eliminated this one from my enquiries'! ;-)

The requested info is on an alphabetical list of probate from Drumore 1678-1858.
It appears on Vol 4 .page 150 of 184.

I had a look at page 1 to ascertain where this is.
it contains a hand drawn map of the areas covered, the next few pages form an historical breakdown of the area.
Dromore looks to have been a geographical parish on its own, but as I suspected, it now comes under Co Down, NI

Nothing extra on the image

Preview of other results, with no year in the search parameters but Cork as the place. The same results come up with Cork, Cork as the place

John Stewart 1705 Dromore Dromore

John Stewart 1719 Dromore Ballynemaguth

John Stewart 1733 Dromore

John Stewart 1755 Dromore Cargandarach

John Stewart 1794 Dromore Drumarn
............

Added - I've no knowledge of Irish areas; its always possible that the same applies to the transcribers.

Any idea which volume it's in? Could you copy and paste your search result?

Having a look at some of the results, the ones I've found just give name, place of residence and year of probate.
