Can't change email address details

Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 62 Send Message	I am having trouble changing my email address on GR. I fill in the required details and click "save". Then get a message to say updated failed Cannot verify your password. My password changes but not my email address. Don't know how to solve this. Any help appreciated. I've tried numerous times and I'm about to throw my tablet out of the window!! Thanks all Marion

	This may work. Try and sign in to another Genes site:- From bottom of this page. Genes Reunited Australia Genes Reunited New Zealand Genes Reunited South Africa If you can sign in then your password is correct. If you cannot sign in there should be an option to receive your password by Email
