Hi I was wondering if anybody could possibly help me.
I requested to view a person's tree and was allowed to view it.
but all i get is the following message.
401 - Unauthorized: Access is denied due to invalid credentials.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Thanks Steve.

Which route dId you take to try to view it?

Open your own tree, then at the top, under your own board name, click 'view other trees'
There's a tab in the subsequent box which says 'Trees shared with me'.
If the tree owners name is listed, click on the link, and it should open. Should you get the same response, try emailing [email protected].
No name would indicate permission has been withdrawn.

A solution I found for this which sometimes works is this :-

1) Get tree owner to 'Stop' permission, then Log Out.
2) Then tree owner should Log In and 'Allow' again.

You may need to wait a day to update or it may take more than one attempt.
