I belive they only acepted burials in latter years which unitied famlies already there..... More likely they are in Gilroes Cemetery. But….. Try dropping the link below a line. Mike, Hats off to the lady in cemeteries at New Walk!!! It seems Great Grandma Agnes Crawford Butler nee Heatherill (who I was looking for last time we met at Gilroes!!) IS still there - have been given the number of a nice man who will take me to show me where the grave is - was sure she'd got up and walked, but it seems she's just where she's been since 1942!!! Happy New Year!! Maggie

Greeting’s Again Sarah ….. Your quote :- Added by Sarah Wragg on 16/01/2007 12:01:20 hi mike re harriett smith baptism 30/6/1883 ' Unquote.' Is this a typing error 1883.? Otherwise how can you have her on 1861. & 71. Censuses ? My quote :- Re your Harriett Smith I'm afraid Harriett goes to ground after the 1851. Census. ' Unquote ' By this I meant I could not find her on the 1841. Census. ….Sorry. But that Benjamin Smith on the 1851. census looks a good bet for Harriott's parents ? especially when I have found on the I.G.I. batch No's CHRISTENING'S Allis Smith. 31st. June. 1831. Queniborough. Father :- Benjamin Smith. Mother :- Mary. HARRIOT Smith. 30th. June. 1833. Queniborough. Father :- Benjamin Smith. Mother :- Mary. MIKE.
