Eileen 1759 is a bit before Ancestry holds records for. Ancestry has a few parish records but nothing that early for the Liverpool area. You may need to locate where the parish registers are held for liverpool and ask someone to have a look on your behalf, just remember there will be a number of parishes to look through. Sorry

Hi I was wondering if you can help me. We have recenlty changed out computer and transfering files over some have got lost. A while ago someone did a trace of the Dennis family for me and unfortunately I can't find it. Please can you do a look up for me on the census for me. Her name is Mary Dennis she was born around 1840 in Bagworth Leicestershire. Her parents are William 1805 born in Measham and Elizabeth also around 1807 possibly Measham Derbyshire. I know that in 1863 she changed her name when getting married is Staffordshire. so at some point the whole family moved to the Brownhills/Hammerwich/Ogley Hay area. Near Litchfield. Please could you tell me where she was in 1841,1851,1861 and who her siblings are. Sorry to ask so much, I wish I had made a paper copy as well. Thank you Joy

Reposted to thread from PM's From : Mark Subject : hi Hi, i saw your message on the boards and thought i'd ask if you could help me, im trying to obtain the reference number (volume number/page number/district etc) for a John Rowley, he was born in Grindale (near Bridlington) in approx. 1847, his father is John Rowley and his mum is Catherine Rowley (maiden name Freney). They do appear in the 1851 census in the Scarborough Workhouse, although the father had died the previous year, so he is abscent, also present is her other 3 sons - Patrick, Thomas and Owen, although they were born in Ireland, so at the moment im concentrating on the fourth son - John born in Grindale. Susan The only information Ancestry has after 1901 is the birth, marriage and death indeces which are free to search and veiw up to 1983 (1984 - 2004 are chargeable/ subscribeable). You can look at then as long as you register with ancestry - you don't need to subscribe. Given that some of the children could still be alive I would be reluctant to post any details for them on a public thread. Sorry
