Has anyone got any experience with this or can offer any assistance I don't speak Russian so simply asking for information is not an option unless there are english speakers in the kremlin offices. Please help - desperately seeking information about father of mother in law - she has no memory of him as she was only 4 years old when he was taken. Email me please
