Hi Jess Just got my grandfathers marr cert he was born 1897 and registered in Burnley Lancashire. It says his father was John Laycock a Plasterer. I do not know his mother's name He is George Henry Laycock and the only other sibling I have knowledge of is a John William but no idea of birth year. . It is believed that they came from Bolton Lancashire. I have searched the 1901 with every combination I can think of but nothing . So I am hoping you may be able to find them. Thankyou Susan

Madelaine I havent found him yet, with his parents or otherwise otherwise i'd have posted it on here. What was his fathers name in that case? (the more name to look for the better) Do you know where his parents lived in 1891?

Hi Jess, thank you so much for the offer. Could you look up in the 1901 census Walter Early, wife Mary, i think they will have a couple of children. Mary was born in Walworth , St Saviour in 1871. I have just received a death certificate for Marys mother and it seems she was living at Marys when she died, that was 1916, address 23 Grosvener Terrace Newington Regards Madeline
