Was Lea Bailey a specific place or name of an area? I have a birth certificate for 1860 with that as the address but on 1861 census it seems to be the name of a particular dwelling. On the same census, several people claim to have been born there, - although the enumerator has ammended the entries..... Confused. Can you help please? My family are William and Jane(b.in Madley) PEAK.
