Looking at the two names you hav given me, i have just rung the uncle who gave the info and he said it was spelt with one L ( sorry MY mistake) and this was on my nan`s marriage cert, so i think it would be Lily Emma Woods 1903 Dec births, Islington Greater London London Middlesex. Lyn, the decision as to if she is the right one, is your entirely,personally I would have considered Lillians too... You need to buy some credits for 1837 on line to trace the marriage - the more you know the less it will cost you! Jes

Lyn, I have never yet seen a marriage cert with a mothers name on so i have no idea. Bride, groom, and fathers names and occupations yes, but not brides mothers name.
