ELIZA JANE WELFARE BORN AROUND 1870 RYE PARENTS WERE CHARLES WELFARE AND MARY CLOAK WHO LIVED IN RYE. JUST HEARD FROM A RELATION TO THE WELFARE'S THAT ELIZA WELFARE AND HENRY FOREMAN WERE MARRIED 10TH AUGUST 1890 AT STROOD IN KENT .BUT IT IS UNDER FREEMAN NOT FOREMAN. HE SAID THE ADDRESS FOR BOTH OF THEM IS PERRY STREET, NORTHFLEET.AT THE TIME IT CAME UNDER STROOD RURAL DISTRICT. IT IS ON THE OUT SKIRTS OF GRAVESEND. I HOPE THIS HELPS ITS BEEN DRIVING ME MAD.

hello jess , thanks for the offer of help , would you please see if you can find james wrigley born 1869 middleton and married 1892 to mary kirby prestwich i have all this but cannot find his death cert...in 1901 mary and her daughter florence lived at 11a back high st middleton (nr oldham) but she is a widow , my father was born in 1901 after the census his dad james is not on the birth cert , so i have no idea what happened to james , i will go on the bdm soon but we are moving house any minute so i shall wait but in the mean time thank you sylvia dare

jane 1891 Foreman's in Strood: Foreman, Charles W 44 Strood, Kent Head Strood Kent Foreman, Emma 40 Strood, Kent Wife Strood Kent Foreman, Emma A 10 Strood, Kent Daughter Strood Kent Foreman, Florence 8 Strood, Kent Daughter Strood Kent Foreman, James 60 Huddersfield, Yorkshire Boarder Strood Kent Foreman, William 5 Strood, Kent Grandson Strood Kent You relation says they are recorded as freeman - where? census or marriage?The only Freemans in Strood are in the workhouse- ~Jess~

Hi Jess, im trying to work backwards, i found fredrick Allder born Bromley Kent 1854 now im trying to find his father William Allder all i no is he was born Bromley Kent and married Charlotte Williamson approx 1851 in Bucks.

Hi Jess, I am looking for a Benjamin Sindall. Born c1821 in Silk Willoughby, Lincs. I know where he was in 1861 (Pointon) Lincs. He was in the Bourne, Lincs workhouse where he died in 1893. Could you find anything on him after 1861 please. Thanks a lot. Vanessa

Hi Jess, could you please look up 1871 census for Cardiff, Thomas Callaghan b.1838c, wife Ellen b.1838, children Thomas, Margaret, Mary Ann, Richard, Ellen and possibly a patrick b.1866c. mary ann is my great grandmother born in 1864 i believe in Cardiff. Her father thomas was born in Cork or Waterford, Ireland (as was his wife Ellen), Thomas' profession was a tailor.
