Christine (Chris) Report 12 Apr 2008 19:58

Hi Jess,
Could you look up my late Mother's family for me please?
Arthur Potter b1863, Earl Soham, Suffolk married to Emma born abt 1862, Billingford, Norfolk.
My Grandmother was their daughter - Florence Potter born 1888, Shimpling, Norfolk.
I think she had an older brother called Herbert born around 1885 Thrandeston, Norfolk, and a younger sister called Nellie about 1891.
Nellie is the wild card. I have found postcards to my late Mother from Auntie Nellie, talking about her daughter Doris & grand daughter Virginia.
I met Doris & Virginia in 1984, and they were living in Eastbourne, Sussex.
Another person on here is no longer listed, but shows a Nellie Potter born Eastbourne, Sussex.
Could you please have a look and see if you can confirm Florences brother & sister & when & where they were born.
Many thanks.
Chris

Chris,

How did you come across this thread?

The last posting before yours was made three years ago and it is doubtful that the lookups offered at that time are still available.

Why not post your request as a new thread on either the records or tips board.
