Were any of your relatives at Padcroft Home for Boys (1902-1949) in Yiewsley Middlesex? Were they sent to Wales, South Yorkshire, Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire to work on farms or in the mines, or to St. Helen's to work for Pilkington Glass? If so I may be able to help you as I have researched the archive which holds the records for Padcroft.
