Swaffield We can trace out ancestors back to Thornecombe 1719, they were tailors but it is believed that they originated in Devon. Has anyone come across Swaffields in Devon Was Thornecombe once in Devon

Rosemary. These are the Swaffield's in 1851 census Sarah Head widow 50 Robert son 15 tailor Louisa daugh 11 George son 8 Caroline 6 William visitor 58 tailor living at Fore street Thorncombe Axminster Devon.

David on the 1851 census there was one Glinn but, that came up as a christian name, the only Rosevearve that came up was, Sarah age 55 living on her own but, married living 13 clarence place morice that comes under Plymouth. She was born Eastbourne Sussex though.
