Has anybody used Harry Wyke's surname distribution software. You can use it to produce maps of your surname distribution using data from the 1881 Census. I know it will be very useful to me once I know how to use it!! I thought I could use 1881 Data downloaded from Family Search but it doesn't appear to work this way. It appears you need the data downloaded from the disks. These are available at my local library but I don't think they will allow me to download data on to my own disk. Any ideas and/or advice from someone who has already used the software. Thanks Jenny
