Hi Dawn Nothing on the Covell/Carnell marriage, but as you've got the date etc, why don't you apply for the marriage certificate? It will give you the fathers' names and occupations - another step backwards!! Penny

Shall start saving my pennies (I've just ordered some programs and shall have to wait abit cos hubbi will not be too impressed, if I ask for more funds!?!?). Hi Penny, Thanks for the look-up . In response to your question~John HAWKER was born in Somerset, possibly Combe St Nicholas Chard, to James and Mary Hawker around 1815. Mary Ann Harris was born in Devon ? Britford according to 1841 census. James HAWKER born Wadeford c. 1786, SOM, Mary born Chaffcombe, Som. c1780 Marion

hi penelope i was was wondering as you were so kind to offer vri lookups if you could have a look for my partners gt grandfathers birth his name was john beresford robinson he was born in newcastle (under lyme i think) in staffordshire c1846 he married a elizabeth courtney (born c1850) in c1882 who was born in landkey and they lived in swimbridge untill at least 1901 if you could find eithers birth i would be in your debt as he has hit a brick wall thanks in advance debbi
