1871 look up - Westminster, if anyone has the time

I am trying to find details of my g/grandfather and his family. James Thomas Clark born April 1864 in St Margarets Terrace Westminster. He is the son of Richard and Mary Ann. I don't know where he was in 1871 but it is likely to be in that area or Fulham. I am interested in any information about his family, especially his parents ages and places of birth or any brothers/sisters. Any help would be appreciated, thanks
