Member Since: April 2003 Posts: 6 Send Message	I have been trying to find his death for 2 years. He was born in Huddersfield in 1818 but his family came to Stalybridge. He married at Stockport Parish Church on 9/12/1838 to Sarah Ann Nield of Mossley and they had a daughter Sophia born 7/12/1839. I think Sarah was a widow by 1841, but in the 1851 census she stated she was a widow and she remarried in 1859.
