My great-aunt is purported died on the Lusitania however, although i can people who died with her forename, no one with her maiden named is listed and have been told that she was definitely single when she left this country - could she have gotten married on the ship taking her to whereever (haven't found that yet)would the death certificates, always supposing there is one, of married women who died on the ship will show her maiden name? thanks hevi

we believe it was Edith Lucy Westbrook born circa 1889 in Battersea died on the Lusitania - family memories indicate that she was a nanny i have the list for the lusitania and there are two possible Edith's on the list but dont know where to start on the passenger lists for her leaving England. thanks hevi
