Anyone bored and nutting brick walls tonight? Fancy doing a bit of research to help me out? I've just received marriage cert for my G Grandad Lawrence Gurney (got all his history)and want to trace wife's family. He married Harriett Parry, aged 22, in Aberystwyth 1910. Harriett's dad is named as John Parry, labourer and Harriett's address is Aberystwyth. I have checked 1901 Census but can't find a Harriet(t)of the right age with a father John anywhere in the area. The address she quoted, 20 North Parade appears to be a 'confectioners' according to Census. Any tips?????
