Theresa I haven't attempted any research in Ireland as I don't have any Irish ancestors and like you said, they don't have the English records. I have only just started researching my family but think I will have to wait until I visit England to get the correct details. In the meantime I will keep looking on the Net and reading this tips board. Good luck with the kids and McDonalds!
