	Jacqueline KINNEAR I have just sent you a mail to see if you were online now so I could help you step by step. I am guessing you are not there though. Try the help I sent on the message below this one and if not, get back to me and I will see what I can do for you. Stick with it though. It does get easier once you learn how to follow the system through and everyone tells me it will all be worth it in the end. It would be nice if I could see some light at the end of this VERY long tunnel though!!! I am sure many people would agree!
