Peter, I do have an option to display by newest post first on this thread - has it literally just appeared? It is useful on the longer threads

Bring back the old screen, this is awful. Yes, would like to know what happens when the counter gets to nought. Does it switch you off!. Why can't people leave this alone.

Why do you feel the need to continuously make unnecessary changes to this website?

Why not limit yourself to making improvements where they are needed and leave the rest be?

Personally I think it's horrible!

I like the reply box on the same page as the thread - previously I kept forgetting what I was replying to!

However, the reply box visible area is now much smaller than it used to be. Would it be possible to split the page into two resizeable windows so that we adjust the split (between our reply and the previous messages on the thread) as we are typing?

I've been saving useful bits of info on there for months & now they've all gone awol!!!

Why is it showing my maiden name - how can I change it to show my married name on threads etc.

Hate the layout, background, text, spacing between posts.

I think it's like driving a car while sitting in the passenger seat! It's all over one side of the screen and then you have to put your mouse over the left hand side to change boards.

I being at work all day and came on tonight to find this new look.

it looks horrible and ugly, please give me the old system back.

i'm right handed and hate having to go to the left to do everything, it just doesn't feel right.

Please genes give us the old system.

I really don't like it.

my credits have dissappeared i only had 7 but they dissapeared. i've just noticed.

I quite like the new look!

Finding my way around it might be a different matter though.

I expect we'll all get used to it in time.

Why is it that when I get to the bottom of a thread page and want to go to the next, I click on 2 or 3 or whatever and I get a strange set up on the left?? Also don't like the fact that they think that we've all gone blind overnight!!! What's with the large print??

i had lots of threads saved with useful sites and info, and i can't access any now, also if i type a random query like"liverpool" i get peoples replies but not the whole thread, so i haven't a clue what the question was...try and see what i mean....moe

Can anyone please tell me if we can still find "My threads only" any more - if so how?

And why have I now reverted to my maiden name - it's not the name I registered on this site with and why should GR now change my board name?

I see we can't now report a fault in the same way as we could this morning. I added a reply to a thread earlier today saying how I thought I quite liked the new format - then they go and change it all again!!!!!

I see that GR are censoring the replies.....note how many on here have already been deleted.

I also note that GR are unable to spell the word 'newest'.

If anything was needed to send people to the other site, these latest changes are surely it!!

I quite like it: the layout is less cluttered and the first posting of the thread is not horribly compressed any more. However, there is probably too much space wasted around the postings now. Despite some comments it is very normal to have a menu or sub-menu on the left-hand side (the side we start reading from) and so I see no problem here.

I just wish that posters would start their thread on the appropriate board rather than post on any at random.
