Teresa, Please delete this if you have already added it.

This info comes from "Genealogy Help". Found site by accident. This is just the tip of the iceberg. There are lots and lots of other info including articles about immigration and emigration to all parts of the globe.

AncestorsAtRest.com has added lots more Irish Data. The new data is for Offaly County also called Kings County. New data includes:

-Offaly or Kings County Ireland Grand Jury Panel, in 1889.
-Parsonstown Union, Offaly or Kings County Ireland List ofNames and Addresses of Elected Guardians, in 1880s.
-Ex Officio Guardians in the Parsonstown Union, Offaly or Kings County Ireland, in 1889.
-Dispensary Committees in the Parsonstown Union, Offaly or Kings County Ireland, in 1889.

If you would like to take a look just go to http://www.ancestorsatrest.com/ireland_genealogy.shtml

And this one:

The "National Archives of Ireland" has a searchable index database on the Internet for transportation records of Irish convicts sent to Australia between 1788 and 1868
