Hi Elaine,

Is there by any chance a Alfred Pearce on the disk who died as a child?

I have been told my gt grandmother had a little brother called Alfie who died quite young, but so far I haven’t found him.

Thanks for your help,

Hi Elaine,

Thank you so much!

Alfred James Joseph Pearce is definitely the one as he lives at the address that my gt grandmother was born in.

If you could look for others that would be great.

Also, would you be able to see if there are any more Pearce family members buried at Welford Road whose address was either Bardolph Street or Stanley Street?

Thanks again,

Vicky X

Hi again,

Could anybody have a look at Loughborough burials and baptisms for me please?
I am looking for any children of Henry Maples Kitchen and Selina (unknown maiden name, as can not find a marriage) between about 1892 – 1915?

I already have the baptism of my gt grandmother, Agnes Marion Kitchen on 07/09/1898, but I want to know if she had any brother’s or sister’s that maybe died.

Also can anbody have a look for the burials of:

Henry Maples Kitchen born 1872
Selina Kitchen born abt 1864 (according to 1901 census so may be wrong)

Thanks for any help given,

Vicky X

Hello, I wonder if you have access to the Parish Records for Thurmaston. I am searching for the birth of John Welborn (Welbourne or Welbourn or anything similar) He was born in 1789, the census forms say that it was in Thurgarton, Notts. I have searched these parish records.but can find no trace of him or any siblings. His marriage was in Nottingham, which I have found on the parish records, his children were born in Nottingham.
On the Census their surname changes to Whelband,
which is the name I am studying. As the name Whelband is quite common in Leicestershire, I wondered whether it was written down wrongly.
My other option is to check Norfolk, as there is a Thurgarton there. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks, Judith.
