I remember some people on GR had experienced problems with London Ticket Shop. The company has been put into liquidation as the BBC reports:

11 February 2008
How do people who have ordered tickets with Londonticketshop.co.uk get their money back?
So far the Official Receiver has not been able to recover any tickets for events, therefore no tickets can be distributed to customers.

If you have purchased any tickets from a company that you still have not received, please contact the Official Receiver or email [email protected] with the following details:

Name
Postal address
The company or trading name with whom you booked the ticket
The event for which you booked
The date of the event for which you booked
The number of tickets that you booked
The date you made payment
Whether you paid by credit or debit card
Total amount paid

Please do not provide any further information. If the Official Receiver requires more details from you, they may contact you at a later date.

If you paid for your tickets using a credit card, you may wish to approach your bank or credit card supplier. Should a winding up order be made by the court, all creditors will be contacted and provided with a report to creditors.

Be warned a similar ticket selling operation has popped up with a HQ in Cyprus, Trading Standards say that the new operation looks uncannily similar to the old London Ticket Shop - so beware
