Storing Vital Records Discs on computer hard drive

I bought the set of 16 discs of British Vital Records from the LDS - they work fine but it drives me nuts having to change the discs every time I want to look at a name starting with a new letter.
Can I somehow load the records on to my computer and read them from there?
I tried burning the 3 marriage discs onto one DVD disc but the Resource File Viewer still keeps asking me to insert a disc.
Is it possible to do, if so how?
