	Glad you got it sorted Jackie, how awful that they were so ungracious and snotty about repairing the dress. I would register a complaint against them with trading standards in case they make a habit of sending out dresses that aren't fit for purpose. the more complaints they have, the more ammunition they have to come down on them, if they mess someone else about. What if your daughter hadn't spotted the damage? It could have been heartbreaking to notice on the day. Hope you still enjoy wearing the dress and have a wonderful day. Lizx
