Answer this one? I would like to back up all our data spreadsheets etc so i have been recommended to back up the work in a partition of the hard drive. What if i cannot turn the computer on one morning.

I have tried memory sticks and DVDs but not enough room.

Sparrow, have you thought of an external USB hard drive? They are becoming much cheaper nowadays and can be taken home/away from work and plugged into another computer and accessed.

Now theres another story. Yes I bought an external hard drive. 250gb I only needed about 20. I had no instructions apparently it is for syncronising not backing up. Any way the comp guy set it up and its all good.
