Any remedys for Cracked Heels

I have these all through the year and sometimes they give me big blisters at the side of my feet.I am always soaking and creaming but nothing seems to work.Also have very dry skin? Anybody else solved the problem. Annie |

try a foot file....the file is black like an emery board....give the heels a right good rub to get rid of the skin(you have to rub hard)and then moisturise with whatever cream you want. |

That's what I use when my feet go through very rough patches - olive oil always seems to work for me. |

You should see your GP. Was in CCU last week (heart attack)and remember seeing poster showing probs with heels think was summat to do with chol' too high |

Look in Asda/Tesco... not sure which ... there is an Australian remedy... and it really is sooooo good!! (Please don't tell those GR members who know me, but I have left the product in the guest house I have been staying in at the weekend, otherwise I would give you the details, lol I have a bit of a reputation for leaving stuff behind, lol) |

hi have any of you looked at some ones feet that dont eat well there great yet me and my daughter eat all are vey salads fish meat fruits the good things as our mums would say to us yet are feet are all dry and cracked it not right my hub eats no veg no fish fruit or salads and lots of cakes and he has realy nice feet nice and soft just like baby feet were is the justic in that ha ha lol |
