A lot of help questions are asked on the boards for FTM help so following Carol answering a question on the tips board I thought it might be a good idea to post it on the general board.

There's a very good online technical forum for asking questions on all versions of FTM, it's monitored by resident volunteer experts from genealogy.com and you usually get a reply within a short time allowing for the 5 hour time difference of course. I use it myself now and again and I've been using FTM for over 10 years but I still come across the odd problem and they always manage to come up trumps.
