Really really cros right now.... For the second time in less than 18 months my wireless router has packed up. When I initially rang my supplier they told me that my line could no longer support 1mb broadband and that was why I was failing to get a connection. When I challenged this they said borrow someone elses router and see it it powers up with all lights showing. Well thankfully hubby had one at work which he borrowed, they assured us that we wouldnt need to configure it....anyway lo and behold the borrowed one worked so we rang them again to get them to send us a new router and they told us we had to buy another one. This second one is about 7 months old and should therefore still be covered.....how long are these things supposed to last?

I am hopping mad. Nothing can be done until Monday as the supervisor will have to agree. Apparently because I have been with them since Feb 2007 the guarentee starts then but I know that is rubbish. Over here in Ireland there is something which states things should last up to 6 years within reason.
