	am getting very worried about Errol now - it's been an hour and no word - you don't thing he's done anything.....um...er....silly do you? such a lot on his mind with thumbs and time running out

My son's subscription to Norton is up for renewing on 18th. he's just tried to upgrade to a 2year subscription that it shows but it wont let him do you know any reason why. Hope it doesn't use all your time left on here to solve. Cheers Frances

	Not really clever, Ann. I cheated and wrote a javascript programme to do all the working out for me lol (although I did work out the seconds myself with the help of my trusty calculator)
