Well, what about Camp America - ok, its not about conservation but you could teach English :) Ive know several people who went on to be teachers doing these camps as it helps with communication with youngsters., organising activities, looking after welfare and of course taking part in lots of the activities yourself and you get weeks off at the end of the camp to travel with the new mates youve made from all over the world PLUS you get paid pocket money. Actually they seem to be worldwide now:. |

Try the Wargraves Commission. They used to have some fantastic projects across Europe but I'm not sure whether they still do. |

My niece went to Zimbabwe to help in an orphanage and her parents who are both teachers went to Johanessburg as volunteers in the summer holidays last year |
