I bet my neighbours think I am the moany one from number 58 lol
Don't get me wong there are lots I get on with its just the odd few.

The ones that use our private lane are council tenants but as they have been allowed to use it for access to there gardens for years there is now nothing we can do.
If anyone flytips rubbish in it the council won't remove it as its private however one of my nice neighbous put some rubbish by their garage ready for a rubbish company to pick up and the council tenant complained to the council and they had a letter from the council saying it must be removed or they would send some one out. The rubbish was on their peoperty, how mad is that!
The silly man that lights fires got his kerb dropped with no permission from the council. A lady tripped on it as it had sunk and the council then came and repaired it for free. My mum had to get permission and pay. I told the bloke from the council I was going to go and smash my kerb up without permisson and make a mess of it and get them to come and put it right and he strongly advised me against it

One rule for one and one for another

I am lucky too.I can't even seeinto next doors gardens.Sorry some of you have such irresponsilbe and ignorant neighbours.

I must be lucky, my lot keep themselves to themselves, I only ever see them if a parcel has been delivered, and I'm the only one in to take it, should start charging a handling fee!!

He's a bit thick...

He used to light them right by my back door so hubby told him straight.
Then he decided to mix cement right by OH car. It was covered. My hubby said "look at my car" He said "yeah it happened to mine"!
Hubby demanded he clean the car so he handed a fiver over for a car wash but he doesn't learn.

My dustbin has huge house numbers on and he still takes mine when the bin men have been. I know it sounds trivial but I pay to have mine cleaned and disinfected every 2 weeks. His is minging where he fills it with unwrapped dirty nappies

If he does anymore fires I am gonna ring the council!

Mind you did have a laugh at this one. An older gent that lives across the road and is usually drunk came to my house moaning about my 10 year old going in his garden to fetch the football. We have a lovely green outside and the kids play football where you can keep an eye on them. He was ranting and raving and I told him if he came to my house once more I would phone the council and report him for letting his dog poo on the green and not cleaning it up. Anyway he approached another young kid and went to his house and the kids mum rang the police and the bloke got a warning and told never to approach young kids!

Not at all, some people just care about them and theirs and have no consideration for others!

Woke up yesterday in a really happy mood, the sun was shining.

Within an hour was in a foul mood! Neighbour decided to block the lane with his visitors car. Explained this is a private lane and that we actually pay ground rent for it. Told to ****** off as there was no where to park. Ok I says try parking outside your house, why should I scratch my car on the bushes trying to get round your car. Then another neighbour joined in (on my side) and off I went in a mood. Came back to find he has now cut his hedges and left all the cuttings all over the lane outside my back garden.

Ok, calmed down, had dinner. washing on the line and then another neighbour lights a bonfire at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and leaves it unattended in his metal ash bin looking thing and goes off out. Washing then stinks! I have previously run the lid over to his fire bin and flattened it in my car when it was left in the lane (not on purpose of couse! lol) but he managed to straighten it out.

Why aren't people more considerate. Has old fashioned neighbourly love disappeared? Or am I over sensitive?
