America - marriages mid-1950s and onwards.

Hi

Does anyone know if there is a capture-all marriage database for the whole of America, rather than having to search state-by-state. Fee paying is expected. If it is online, even better. Looking for a long-lost mother who may have emigrated to America with a member of the American Armed Forces in the mid-late 1950s. They do not appear to have been married before they left the UK [ England / Wales / Scotland / including Gretna have already been searched].

Many thanks to all who reply.

Regards
