1. Isn't that, in part, what Council Tax is supposed to pay for?
2. Private Funding Initiatives (PFIs) have been proven to work so why try to replace them before they have totally got off the ground?
3. What sort of return would you be GUARANTEED on your investment?
4. What happens if they have another policy change in six months' time?
5. Why should it be those with a bit of disposable income that are given the opportunity to reduce their Council Tax bill when there are thousands out there that struggle to meet the bill as it stands? (I mean those who do not qualify for reductions - the real people on the breadline!)
7. There is no point 6 because I cannot count - spend the money on giving me maths lessons instead.

"Radio Clyde News can reveal Scots who invest in local government building projects could get a discount on their council tax. The SNP wants to replace private finance deals to build schools and hospitals with bonds. They hope the prospect of a discount on council tax bills will persuade Scots to invest their cash in the scheme in favour of shares or bank savings."

That is so wrong both morally and financially/economically!
