i not going to peek on you tube cos i know ill end up crying

when iwas young mam and dad looked after nanas budgie dinky, well he kept saying joey when we asked hisname,
then mam kept saying bloodee ell and you little bug*** that dinky/joey soon picked it up
when nana got back she had her budgie back but refused to keep him cos mam had taught him to swear

I am so sorry to hear about your little bird.

My girls had a number of much loved little pets and it was hard losing them when their time came.

14 is a really good age so he must have been very well cared for indeed. I wish we could have had our Monty for as long but he was a rat and was old at nearly 3. I still miss him as he used to sit on my shoulder while I was on the computer.

Thinking of you and your children. Eventually the happy memories will be the main ones but I know it takes time to come to terms with a loved pet.

I am sorry...........pets are really great for children, they tell them all their troubles don't they.

I'm sure they gave Oz a very happy 14 years too.

i'm sorry.... its really hard when they leave, thats beautifull on youtube, very good age 14, i have had to bury 4 cats in my garden and each one has their own stone cat in diff posses, one of my cats had half an ear, and i bought a stone one for her and when i got home dropped it and half the ear came of, my mum said glue it, but i said, no need its the same ear.....
