I agree julie,

When OH came back from Iraq, hed lost 3 stone, was brown and had a washboard tum. I have a pic of him in just combats .....lovely!! hes on camp right now and we are going to see ceremony with Queen next week.


Sadly his tum is no longer the same pmsl!!

i was aching worse from crick in neck watching him
also came out limping, cos legs were stiff from sitting,

i sat in docs waiting room monday morning when a work man out side drilling up road walked in to ask a car owner to move car,
wen he wnet out side his mates started to dig and he stood leaning on truck then took vest top off,
(bit like the coke add)
he was muscley and tanned and tatood

anyways, he then stood posing and leaning on truck, before deciding to move about and load some rubble on truck, also demonstrating iwth his mates how strong he was,

hands on waist twisting waist / shoulders forward and back
well needless to say it cheered me up,
it was such a lovely hot day too

just aswell cos doc didnt give me owt
