Physio recommended I use this on my knee (which has been damaged due to gait after hip op).

Has anyone tried this and did you get relief from pain?

Thanks

Wonderful stuff! I always nick the free samples that my OH gets sent and the osteopath used it on me as well when I sprained a joint in my back. Recommend it. Oh and it's nicer to use than a tea towel full of ice cubes.

Good luck with the knee

Thanks Sheila,

That is good to know.

I have just asked for a catalogue from the company and a sample.
