	Hellooooooo Ok everybody stand by your 'pooters - raise your hands in the air !! Are yer all ready - and..... forward 2..3...4 and back 2...3..4 .. bow and dip (forgot to say one should be chanting 'soleil') and now following a circular line hop on left, hop on right x 6 and shimmy and shimmy and shuffle to the right and shuffle to the left and bow and dip!! Shout 'Soleil' and finish with a cha cha cha!! Marvellous - Should we practise first??? Kaz :o)))))))

	What is a shimmy??? Is it like a shuffle or more a wiggle? clears a space

	Yoooooohoooooooo!!!!!! I'm waiting for instructions here Kaz...tuts I need to know how to shimmy please.............I can shuffle and hop, but have no idea how to shimmy!! EDIT Oops, too late....................thanks Kaz. Right here I go.. lol
