Well done Gerri, why not get one of those magnetic shape thingies, where you can make patterns (hope you know what I mean) You can fiddle with that then instead of lighting up. |

My friend is having something from Boots. She was told if after two weeks she is still smoking to go back, and they do a counselling course. Don't know if that is free or not. |

i been stopped almost 7 years, but i kept 2 ciggies in the drawer for the first year...never touched them but k nowing i could if i wanted to was easier than thinking i couldnt have one... some how made it less stressful... reverse psychology i think but it worked for me, and i had been smoking for 40 years. |

you can buy a plastic cigarette from the chemist ..think it is called " crafe away "or something like that . that also will occupy your hands and it tastes abit like tobacco |
