Pablo,
Just look at that ciggie study it ,then ask it who has the most control over my body the ciggie or me?
I bet you every time you ask it should be YOU that has the MOST control,
Now you are listening to a very heavy smoker or over 40 yrs plus
I gave up on that alone !.....

Pablo

Go for it. I have tried the patches and everything else, including attending no smoking classes.

In February this year i decided the only way was "COLD TURKEY" not easy but i have managed it, although in the early stages i succumbed one or two times.

I was a smoker for 50 years.Never thought i would do it but i have.
