Can't help with what the houses are like but yes Kelly Street still exists It's off Kentish Town Road
Maybe some one else can help you further.

I just googled Kelly Street Pancras and there are several sites with it mentioned.

Is there anyone in Pancras London that can tell me if Kelly Street still exists and what the houses are like, Number 27 in particular please?
