have been awake all night cos of the pain, even got hubby up at 1.30 to get me more painkillers but still not gone to sleep.
got up at 2.30 so i wouldnt disturb them with my moaning and came down for a cuppa tea and bowl of cereal and still havent gone back up. if i go to sleep now wont get up for the school run and will feel worse.

no blankets down here so got hubbies fleece on over my pjs as i was cold.

just been to loo out bsck and its a red sky so wonder how long before we get the rain.

Just to say I also haven't been to sleep yet, in fact haven't even been to bed. I just cannot bear to lie in bed when I know I wont sleep so been catching up on so of my videoed telly programmes.
Sorry your suffering pain, hope it eases for you.
Going to put kettle on you fancy a cyber drink and slice of toast.

Only comes out for special people, and seeing I read and enjoy your threads and sympathise when your in pain I guess you qualify.

im just being a wuss. now is that hubby moving about up their or the dog jumping off the bed.

No no dont think your being a wuss at all, if your in pain, your in pain. Don't think you would say just for the sake of it.

Oh poor Dawnie, its awful not being able to sleep,l and having pain as well is a double whammy.....I do hope you go to the Doctors and get some good medication to help with your pain/sleep, especially if you have a family to take care of too.... x

I sympathise with you Dawnie.....the last two nights I have slept quite well, only waking up twice for painkillers. Missed the reason you're in pain sorry but I have an abscess which has kept me awake day n night since friday with pain worse than child birth!!
There's nothing worse than just wanting to lay down n go to sleep but the pain won't let you....plus after the max dose of painkillers have been taking you're on your own.............not nice.

Hope the problem (whatever it is) eases soon n you can get back to resting normally.

And yes folks I am still awake 27hrs now, just waiting for eldest to dry her hair then going up allotment to pick raspberries as hubbies hands are cracking and weeping where he has been touching the fruit.
Hopefully after that I might be able to fit in a bit of a sleep otherwise I am going to be so horrible this evening.

and the best bit of all I took Oh a cup of coffee p at just gone 6 he asked was I up as I was still in pain then when he came down he said I slept the best I have for ages - just goes to show how much my jumping legs keep him awake
