thanks joy, i have been on the phone for ruddy hours seems we slipped thro the net, looks like iwas seen to be coping so they left me to get on with it, anyway my gp is for the high jump , not that i wish that on her so they have promissed to get back to me in 24 hrs to start planing a core meeting as to where, we go fom here , can't wait x

well its all gone pear shaped ive been in his room and found attempts of fires being start, ie pulled 2 of my bed sheets that i use as ive a king sized bed , , i asked him straight out if he wants to live or die he didn't answer which in my uncerstanding means he is getting low enough to attempt it, i began to breakdown so got on the phone to ss noone there until 1 just receptionist who bless her had me crying so much over phone she couldnt work out my phone number, at 2 a on duty mental health team worker called me back and after her saying how hard life must be for david is (think i know after 16yrs) she said she will have to find out if there is a consultant aspergers in the county, i said for his own and our safety i need him in a hospital she said she can,t really sanction that so i sad aspegers asisde can you oh well no because depression happens in aspergers .

This is the next step for any young person of his age.... move out of home and go to college to start preparing for the big wide world... it is a natural step to make for ANY young person, and David has so much of a future ahead of him once his skills have been brought out. He is such a bright, clever and intelligent young man... and the fact that he can articulate as well as he can during his *good times* is all down to the way YOU have helped, supported, nurtured and encouraged him.

So no shame please... hold your head up high and know that you done good!! I am soooo proud of you!

thanks mary we have an appointment on the 4th of august at a college in worcstershire, its a life skills college and then enabling them to get jobs and training in what they want to do, its residential with 24 hr support, only thing is as im om disability benefits i need to apply from social services so please god let that happen.
im ashamed to say i need a break afetr 17yrs with no break at all and to know he is as safe as he can be with 24hr support, cause i feel im about to crack xxx

i got him a collie dog which has lifted his mood ( this is proven with people with aspergers) we have dogs already.
im about to log off and start contacting colleges who specify with this problem, id heard not from the mental health team as of yesterday so chased that up , letter has been sent to then so i shall be on there case today, david feels well enogh to play in a local band on saturday night, he was head hunted as such this band is well known there called DNR i forget and call it dna not funny according to david lol, , off now to do me bits of phoning, posh telephone voice comes on now xx
