thanks Gwen, I have just added to the thread as can commiserate with Claddagh Eileen at the mo.
You are so right when you say depression etc can be mentally exhausting. My brain feels like cotton wool trying to juggle all I have to do, arrange and remember, and I have to do a lot of that for o.h. too as he is hopeless.

Thanks Gwen, I have just seen this, it's good of you to think of us. I am like Liz, a pensioner with fm and a head full of cotton wool at times. The flat will be lovely, I am having great trouble getting up and down stairs now so living without them will be luxury.

Thank you so much Gwen.
I have had one good cry today and was just about to have another. I stripped sons bed and put it all in the wash, took it to hang out. and so put on my shoes. Came in and loaded washing machine again, then wanted my slippers back on, can I hell as find two slippers! I was about to cry again. I must be going mad. (Ran out of anti depressants on Tuesday, so feeling low as I take quite a high dose. ) But then I thought "oh I bet I have out one slipper in the washing machine along with the other stuff I had on the floor readyto go in". I feel a little better but hope it is in there, as if it isn't I'm going to have a break down!! Not functioning too well today, I have a really bad head ache

hi every-one.
nearly another day over.sorry to hear your's hasn't been so pleasant carole.when days like this creep up-on us it's best just to follow what our body is telling us which is sit down put the telly on and watch loose women with a cuppa. i know it sounds boring and sensible but i drink herbal teas for most of my complaints which calm and actually ease headaches (before the headache actually takes grip though) "oh" and drink lot's of boiled water.
hope tomorrow will be better for you.

really glad for you caz,"take care"
