I am almost in the same situation.

I had a letter from the people who service my boiler asking to arrange an appointment. I asked them to come on 10th June as I had arranged a day of work. They agreed.

At 11am on 10th June they cancelled. I told them what I thought and complained to my housing association about them.

Having discussed the situation at work and having another issue to solve I arranged for them to come on 20th June. They agreed. I had 3 people to come on this day (killing 3 birds with one stone). 2 came and then at 2pm the same boiler company rang to say they had to cancel because the engineer got caught up on another job.

They then offered me this Saturday (ie tomorrow).

They better come this time or else there will be hell!.

no not sure if that means they havent had a lot of complaints or I made such a fuss I have stuck in his memory.

Either way they have just had another complaining email, look forward to hearing from them or they might just lose another customer
